1. Product Description:
BQ32 Series rubber belt shot blasting machine uses high-speed revolving impeller to throw abrasive onto the continuously tumbling work pieces in barrel, to attain the cleaning purpose. It is suitable for de-sanding, de-rusting, de-scaling and surface hardening of the small work pieces, such as castings, forgings, impact extruded-parts, gears, springs, etc.
2. Application:
The BQ32 Series rubber belt shot blasting machine are used for surface cleaning, ru EPT removing and strengthening of small and medium sized castings, forgings, heat-treated workpieces in machine tool factory, car plant, spring factory, heat treatment workshop, casting workshop and punching workshop. It is suitable for different production scale,can be stand-alone use and many units can also be used in conjunction with the continuous conveyor components,composing the production of clean-up lines.
