Introduction
TRJBQ mud Agitator adopts the blender cycloid speed reducer, and it is applied to the drug liquids mixing tank. This mud agitator has the advantage of compact structure so it occupies small area. Our Mud Agitator uses the turbo and worm gear speed reducer, with the large torque transmission, the revolution is steady. It works reliablely and has great merit. Common model of mud agitator is TRJBQ5.5kW, TRJBQ7.5kW, TRJBQ11kW and TRJBQ15kW. The drilling mud agitator is an important components for TR Solids Control drilling fluids processing system.
The explosion-proof EPT machine and reducer input shaft are connected through elastic shaft coupling instead of belt transmission, and therefore the rotation speed of the wave wheel is constant. Also the mixing intensity is large and the range is wide, which has structurally avoided the phenomenon of engines overload at startup, suitable for wild field operation under poor conditions, and it is convenient to be installed, regulated or replaced.
