Chapter III structure specification
1.Hydraulic double-axle paper backing rack: The paper rack is a new type, the paper roll lifting and loosening is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder accurately and firmly.

Handling from low to high viscosity pumped media, the pumps characteristic smooth, reliable, low shear pumping action and gentle handling of shear sensitive media, provides for long trouble-free service.

3.Pump Working principle
The even rotation of the rotor pair creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump, which can be defined by the direction of rotation of the drive. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump chamber. With further rotation, the pumped medium is conveyed past the pump wall into the pressure area. Up to six chamber charges are displaced with each drive rotation depending on the rotor type. When the rotor is at a standstill, the pump seals off almost completely.

The working principle of the three-blade roots blower: two three-lobed rotors are arranged in the cavity, and the
suction port and the discharge port are opened on both sides of the cavity. Through the action of a pair of
synchronous gears, the two rotors rotate in opposite directions and Relying on the mutual engagement of the two

Maintenance and inspection

190ºC). Replace the lubricant and grease after first 200 hours running, and replace

environment and lubricant (grease) quality; propose a suitable EPT for three
months.
(5) Always check the inlet air filter, clean or replace the filter in time.
